When we can put aside judgements and let go of outcomes, staying in presence and curiosity, there is much to discover about ourselves.
I have worked with groups for over 30 years and 17 years ago developed “Colouring Outside the Lines” creativity groups which have now evolved to include a more embodied element.
These groups are a powerful way to allow freedom of expression and play.
In my experience, the less “precious” the materials, the more freedom and permission to play engaging our younger selves to simply muck about and open doors to freedom.
